Yallo!

Privacy policy

Yallo! is a workplace application operated by ARTechnology MMC. This policy covers the mobile app pro.yallo.app and the services used to provide it. Last updated: 26 September 2026.

Who is responsible

ARTechnology MMC operates Yallo! and handles service access, security and support. Your company determines which staff can access its workspace and how its customer, employee, order and accounting records are used. For workplace records, we process information on that company’s instructions. Contact us at hello@yallo.pro about privacy or contact your company administrator about access and workplace records.

Information we process

Depending on your permissions and the features you use, we process account names and IDs, authentication information, company and store membership, contact names, phone numbers, email and delivery addresses; orders and purchase history; payments, expenses, balances, salary and other financial records; notes, work messages, questions to the analytics assistant, photographs you submit and documents generated from business records. Technical information includes IP address, app and operating-system version, installation and push identifiers, screen/action events and diagnostic records. An administrator may provide information about employees and customers.

Camera, photos and location

The camera can scan a company QR code. Camera and photo selection are also used for bouquet and product images, inventory work and image search when you initiate these features. The app does not continuously record camera footage. The delivery-map feature can request foreground location to select a point after you grant permission; delivery coordinates can be saved with an order. There is no background location tracking in this release. You may deny camera, photo or location permission and continue using features that do not require it. Map display sends the selected map area and connection information to OpenStreetMap tile services. Address search in Android and iOS uses the device’s system geocoder; the search text is processed by the operating-system or device provider, such as Google or Apple where applicable. Android requests foreground location permission when you start address search. The app does not automatically send address searches to Nominatim. You can enter an address manually without using search. Do not include customer names, phone numbers or private notes in a map search.

Why we use information

We use information to authenticate users, enforce company and role access, manage orders and stock, record business transactions, support inventory counts, provide analytics and optional image search, deliver work notifications and troubleshoot problems. Screen/action measurements help us improve navigation and reliability. Work notifications may appear on the lock screen; you can control notifications in device settings. Yallo! does not use these data for advertising targeting.

Recipients and integrations

Work records are visible to authorized people in your company according to permissions. Infrastructure providers process data for hosting, storage and network protection (including Cloudflare and, where configured, DigitalOcean storage services). Expo and Google Firebase deliver Android notifications and process installation identifiers and notification payloads; Google ML Kit components process technical usage/diagnostic information. Maps use OpenStreetMap tile services; address search uses the Android or iOS system geocoder and the operating-system or device provider’s privacy terms (such as Google or Apple where applicable). When enabled, AI analytics can send your question and the business context needed to answer it to the configured model service; available integrations include Anthropic, Google, DeepSeek and OpenRouter. Not every company uses every integration. Telegram, WhatsApp and other company-configured integrations receive relevant records when the company enables the workflow or you invoke a sharing action. Do not submit unrelated sensitive information to AI or external sharing features. Processing can take place outside your country. Creating a product can also send its photograph and product context to an external AI service via OpenRouter to prepare descriptions and translations; generated product text can be sent to Cohere for search embeddings. The configured analytics assistant currently uses a DeepSeek model via OpenRouter. Server error diagnostics can be processed by Sentry. This is separate from bouquet photo matching, whose image embedding is computed on our server.

Storage, security and retention

Mobile service connections use HTTPS. Access to workspaces is authenticated and restricted by permissions. Account and business records are retained while needed to operate the workspace and meet contractual, accounting, security or legal obligations. Removing an account does not automatically erase company orders or financial history that must be retained. Technical logs and backups may outlive active records according to their operational retention cycle. We do not promise immediate erasure from every backup. For a deletion request, we identify which records can be erased or anonymized and explain any retained categories, reasons and applicable retention period.

Your choices and deletion

You can start an account-deletion request inside Yallo!: open your account menu, choose “Account and settings” (auditors: the “Account” tab), then “Delete account”. Confirm with your current password and the checkbox, then submit the request. The app records the request and shows its reference and pending status; this is not confirmation that your account has already been deleted. You can reopen this screen to check the request. We process verified requests within 30 days and explain any records that must be retained. You do not have to email us to start an in-app request. Without access to the app, use the account-and-data request page or email hello@yallo.pro; include your company code, username and a reply address, never your password or login codes. You may also request access or correction. We verify the request and coordinate with the company where necessary. Deactivation and uninstalling the app are not the same as deleting an account or its associated personal data.

Audience and changes

Yallo! is designed for adult business users and is not directed at children. If data about a child were submitted inappropriately, contact us. We update this policy when our practices change and publish the new version with its date. Questions and privacy requests: ARTechnology MMC, hello@yallo.pro.
