Request account or data deletion
Request deletion of your Yallo! account and associated personal data inside the app, or use the email option below without signing in. You do not need your administrator’s approval to submit a request.
Deletion request status
1. Submit a request
In Yallo!, open your account menu → Account and settings → Delete account (auditors: Account tab → Delete account). Enter your current password, confirm that you want your account and associated personal data deleted, and submit. The request is saved and the app shows its reference and pending status; your account is not deleted immediately. Reopen this screen to check the request. If you cannot use the app, email hello@yallo.pro using the button on this page. Include your company code, username, reply address and request scope. Never email passwords, login codes or identity-document copies in the first message.
2. Verification
ARTechnology MMC will verify that the request concerns your account and clarify its scope. We may contact the company responsible for workplace records. If you cannot access your work email, explain this so an alternative verification method can be considered.
3. Deletion and retained records
For a verified request, we remove or anonymize personal data that are no longer required and revoke the relevant account access and device sessions. Business transaction, accounting and audit records may have to be retained for legal obligations, security or the company’s legitimate operational requirements. We explain retained categories, the reason and applicable period in the response. Backups follow their retention cycle; deletion is not instantaneous in every backup. Account deactivation alone is not treated as deletion.
4. Time frame and confirmation
We process verified requests within 30 days and send the outcome to your reply address. If verification or required record retention affects your request, we explain what is needed, what is retained and why. A pending request means it is awaiting processing, not that deletion is complete; access remains available while the request is pending and ends when deletion processing begins. Uninstalling Yallo! does not send a deletion request. Save the status-page link provided by the app to check your request without signing in after access ends. The link is valid for 90 days and shows request status only; do not share it.
